Filters and Data
The Workspace has 3 data filtering modes, one that searches ALL fields in a fragmented way, one that searches pre-selected fields for filtering and an advanced data filtering mode, which allows the user to CREATE their own data filtering rule, making it possible to obtain any type of information. Almost all screens can be converted into reports, even allowing the removal of columns at runtime. You can also export the Data to a CSV file and import it into Excel.

Do I need to purchase a server to deploy the Applications in my company?
No, you don't need to buy a dedicated server, Workspace uses your existing infrastructure, whatever it may be (Windows, Linux, MacOS) and if you choose not to use computers, that's fine, Workspace can even be used on old cell phones with 3G.
What do you mean you don't need to install anything? How can I use the applications without installing anything?
Any of the applications on our platform are installed on our server. So to access it, you just need to access the app through the exclusive URL that we provide for your company and access it through your preferred internet browser on any device.
We have 2 clinics, will I be able to access the consultations and medical records generated while I am traveling?
Yes, from anywhere in the world, you can even check the financial status and services in real time.
We have 2 dental clinics. If we are already operating with ODONTO in both and at the end of the month we open the 3rd, how long do we need to add the new clinic to the platform?
After license adjustment, about 1 hour.
We have 3 new computers to replace the old ones in our office, will we need to buy 3 Windows licenses?
No, you should purchase licenses if you want or need to use other software in your company. For Workspace, you can install Linux, which works the same way. If you want, we can install Linux and other free software, such as Libre Office, so you don't have to spend money on licenses.
Do we need to install a PC at the condominium reception to control visitor access?
No, control can be done from a cell phone or tablet. If you do not have WI-FI, you can use 3G, 4G or 5G that works best in your area. The software even notifies the condominium unit (Apartments, houses or Commercial Rooms) when there is a delivery or visit.
